you can never go wrong with c and/or java. nya proceed to other specific interests kon confident na ka. at its roots parepareha ra man ang mga languages siguro, sa approach ra jud sa design magdaog. maybe magtry ka take freelance projects here and there. i recommend odesk para sa training. the better option though is to shoot for the big software dev companies here nga naay reputation for excellent training, like NEC or lexmark. to tell you the truth even the most expensive colleges diri sa cebu can not prepare you sa tinuod nga full cycle development. its one of those things jud where experience really helps. in a way catch-22 pud siya, companies look for experience, but you can only really gain experience inside these companies. i guess this is true for most industries though.
