    si ext 999, naa followme setting nga kung dili available/online ang extension i forward niya sa IVR

    boss why not directly to IVR? nganong e.agi pa nimo sya ug ext 999??

    ako SPA-3000 (para connect sa PLDT) wala man nako gi trunk.. gi himo nako siya ug extension.
    then sa SPA-3000 device naa man option ngadto nga forward all nga option.
    mao nang ako gi set nga all calls gihan sa SPA-3000 i forward sa ext 999

Testing have been made including reseating the card, maau unta dli ang card ang naay problema, mahala raba sa card hehe..I also plug the landline to a regular phone and call it from outside, ok ra pud sya makatawag ra dretso.

    Mga boss ka katong nakasugat ani nga issue... how did you solve it? Thanks kaayo in advance
