A Reminder to Us Bestfriends

We chose them for what they are and will be
They, in turn, chose us for the same reason
A brazened oath not to hate or envy
And change we shalt not, change be the season

But feelings are not always in our grasp
'Tween duty and wish we are torn apart
And thus, begin our affections shall task
And so, shall we love those nigh to our hearts

But right do we have to feel and act so?
We are but friend, not their partner in love
To this, all our kind ought and have to know
To be jealous, we must not partake of

For we might be there 'til the end
We might be the best, but we are just a friend

PAIN

the pain inside builds up everyday,
and every breath is painful..
i look in the mirror..
and see a person who tried to change themselves..

how can i explain how i feel....
the struggling i suffered.....
every morning i wake up i can hear the voices of pain...

the days are to short,
and the nights are too long..
and every day my heart grows weaker...
as days pass by...

this pain i can never forget,
it makes me who i am today...

The way you make me feel
If mortal thouhts could comprehend
The things I know are real
Then I could show you a piece of me
I could bare to you more than my soul
You could embrace me with more than thoughts
The things that make me whole

As it stands we only have
Less than words can share
We have all the passion in our hearts
A love so true and real
And though we have no unfleshed soul
Or things seen with the naked eye
The wonders of the love we have
Could make an angel cry...

NEED VS. WANT

sometimes we seek things we must ignore
needs are set aside, wants are in mind.
all to reason out, -'moments get bore'
thus open our eyes to things that blind.

do we focus true necessity,
or a bunch of limitless craving?
we question our self-democracy,
-"ain't it part of the way of living?"

although wants are not blocked certainly
indeed there's always that tempting call
then again learn, think critically
need's existence is a need for all.

Before I Go

i remember the day wen i saw a glimpse of you,
ur angelic features and ur charming ways
the warm smile and ur grgeous eyes i thank god each day for bringing you into my life
then came dat day wen i look into ur eyes and i found myself not inside ur heart
iv traveld a million miles just to see you
but u turn on other way and said "just 4get about me"

and dat moment i was lots and wish dat i was blind
and so b4 i go i want to tell the world and to let u knw dat i cant live a day w/o seeing myself in u

An Engineer’s Love Life

I was alone and all was dark
Beneath me and above
My life was full of volts and amps
But not the spark of love

But now that you are here with me
My heart is overjoyed
You've turned the square of my heart
Into a sinusoid

You load things from my memory
Onto my system bus
My life was once assembly code
It's now like C++

I love the way you solder things
My circuits you can fix
The voltage 'cross your diode is
much more than just point six

With your op-amps and resistors
You have built my integrator
I cannot survive without you
You're my function generator

You've changed my world, increased my gain
And made my math discreet
So now I'll end my poem here
