Contact details naa ko, contact person wala. Okay raman ila service pero dili ko kaayo kuntento kay ang mga replaced items dili man nila ibalik sa atoa. So i was not able to get back the old bezel, crown, flexi & dial. While other RSC has 1 month turn-around time ila is less than 3 weeks lang. Kung atras ko dili napud nako magamit ang relo.
I think maayo pa sa HK nalang ipaservice. Pareha raman kay plete pud ka plane naa barato kaayo CebPac.
Ako gyud gitanaw ang serial nbr kay murag dili naman akong relo kay brand new na cya tanawon.
Unsang model naa ka? Collector man tingali ka bro?

Bezel daw 5K+ man to siya. Sorry di nako karemember kay total nalang akong gitiman-an.

I am very disappointed with Rolex here in the Philippines. Their attitude is way different than those in Hongkong or Singapore. The Service people here at RSC Makati exhibit contempt at the costumer seeking service for their watches, and they charge exorbitant rates because according to them, you own such a watch, therefore, service cost should also match. Ridiculous rhyme..

When I was in France, when I told them a story about my watch, they even offered free service.

well... it is more fun in the Philippines.
