maybe becoz CEBU is a one-stop tourist destination..daghan tourist spots variety..BORACAY only have beaches to offer while in CEBU, aside from world-class beaches, naa pa trade and conference center with world-class aminities, HOTELS, MALLS..etc

and also naa ta INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT with direct filights to other cities in Asia and the rest of the world..woohooo..CEBUUUM..CEBUUUUM!!

i've seen a lot of koreans and chinese looking peps sa BASILICA del Sto. Nino and Magellan's Cross..mao sad cguro ni reason why Cebu is the best tourist destination, ang atong mga historical sites :mregreen:

2.) Expansion of the MCIAA
3.) Upgrading of hotels, construction of new ones
4.) Cleaning up and development of the dirty Mandaue Reclamation Area, especially the Cebu Boardwalk Site and the Megadome and CITEX site..
5.) Construction of the Cebu Megadome
