    ingon ana mn jud na mga hospitals karon...minimum 2 years pra mahatagan og employment certificate!
    ako gani, nagwait jud kog 2 years pra lng ko mkadawat...

    sis, ok ra mn daw ang payslips...pro depende ra sd na sa employer nmo. ang uban gani naghimo lng og reference letter then papirmahan lng og charge nurse...

    for me just the experienced, your knowledge, your skills, if the other employer will give you the chance to show it.. or you may ask for a chance to show it.. from that employment certificate won't matter... ako ka work man ko bisan wala ko ana.. nag awol ko sa ako company before but wala ko nag regret coz I found greater, better opportunity..

    i dont think so kng naa company lyk dis...
    maybe d ka tagaan og emp.cert. if wla pka one month ng render og resignation.and kung
    nka state sa mu contract na,dli ka releasan kng la pa two years,dn u signed up...but kung ala,
    dey are oblige to!

    alternative is clearance nmu naa sealed sa company during your exit!!


    impt au ang emp.cert...hehehe,labi na nmu na dOSt...png.expire sa contract!!

    demand the company nga mangayu ka og certification of employment...

    nganong dili man sila mohatag?? basta cleared naka sa company, hatag man jud na as stated by the labor law...
