    ako kai add ko 10lbs every 3-4 weeks. pag abot certain weight ni give out na gyud ako neck og back
    wa na ka kaya. or duda ko the position was wrong or technique or something like that.

    resistance exercise? cardio nako 30min a day. paspas nga walk. mga 6.5-7 speed then gradient 6.5-12.5
    cant run kai hubakon. then ang other days lain cardio machine nga naay step with the arms moving. not sure what its called. sa ka dugay na nakog gym. i should know it but i dont hehe.

    im not sure how i got the neck sprain. i just did what i always done. the day after, i got sick. my neck was pretty stiff and arms became weak. i became weak. everything i did after that was causing strain on my neck and back. i think it had to do with the pectorial machine. but i really cant say for sure.

    cold compress....di daw maayo ang hot compress for a specific part of the body...pero maayo ang hot bath kay all over man.....so hot bath followed by cold compress on the specific area....stretching lang sa bro...everyday 2x ...sa morning and afternoon aron mo heal anam2 ...

    importante jud stretching / warm up before you hit the machines to prevent injuries...but i guess you already know that.....

    mark u beter be extra sensitive when doing work out special on your posterior part. I think ky 4 weeks na then wala pa ni beter ky adto nlng ug rehab sa velz, pa consulta ni Dr. Lim sa Physical therapist rehab na siya. U know mark mybe ang coz sa imong
    upper extremities ky na npinchement imong nerve. Mybe nag squat ka then and bar to much wyt sa imong cervical area so na igo imong nerves which is conected sa imong upper extrmities mau ng naka feel ka ug stiffness sa imong arms. Then kana imong lower back pain ofcourse na strain na ky usualy basta too much wyt ky ang lumber area ang mo carry sa load. U beter go to rehab first then let them asses u kong unsa angay buhaton before ka mo balik ug gym..mark we dont know or u dnt have any
    idea gyud kong unsay prblema if its nerves or muscular but we are certianly sure na naa ny inflimation either.mark if masayop ka
    sos kausa lang then pwde naka dli maka work out for life ky imo g ignore ang pain..

    Gwynhuever; yep2x. tried na tanan hehe. stretch ko gyud before and after workout. thanx.

    naomi6000; ni OK na bya to then ni balik ko gym. cut it down to half, weight and cardio time. then the next day balik tanan sakit mas ni sakit na hinuon. almost 2 weeks na ron from that dat. ang back di na sakit and the arms are better. but gahi gihapon neck, d pa k flexible. dr. fleurdeliz gi ingnan ko pa rehab. ako igsuon ad2 before 250-300 ra per session. ako gi charge-an 620 per session. mga 7 man tingay to iya gi ingon para ako + + + uban pa. and ingon ako igsuon it did not make any difference. so wa nalang. ni tukar napud ako pag ka tihik nga wa sa lugar. hehe. if dili pa ma wala ang pain this month. then id will just rest until ma gyud tanan. si dr. lim unsa na sya nga dr.? nerves or back or what? thanx a lot for the info. apreciate it.

    doctors knows best bro. ayaw na e take for granted kay namatay ako barkada tungod rato from neck pain then naa na diay something wrong sa iya lower back until he got paralyze then die. I used to deadlift 400 to 500 lbs for 6 to 3reps with a body weight of 150lbs but after a friend of mine die from lower back injury i cut my usual lifting weight to 300lbs maximum with lots of warmup. a friendly advice lang bro...

    Bai, injuries is build for years. it didn't happened because you are unlucky or wrong position sa pag weights nimo. It is a preparation that your body made for years that you didn't know and it is just ther waiting for that right moment to booomm! We dont know if thers misalignment in your neck / shoulders / spine / hips and specially your feet.

    Just a thought
