    You can't lift waits before or after insanity.It's too much for ur body.I think u should schedule insanity then weights the next day.With insanity it's mostly cardio and u use most of ur body weight.Once u reach the max intervals it's just crazy intense and u really sweat a lot.

    im on my tenth day sa first month. grabe dli mo undang ako singot even after an hour sa insanity. cge gud ko inom og water. cant wait for the 2nd month. mao kuno ang pinaka grabe.

    unsa imo recovery drink?

    I tried this for one month... lost 15lbs.. and visibly klau gud ang difference... warm up ra daan... nag awas nah ang singot... had to stop for a while kay ang tuhod... after pag recover will get a knee support and finish this.. despite being an extreme workout di kaayo siya lisod and is very managable..

    ako post workout for this is a meal.. ako i.timming before a meal ang exercise.. pre-workout is either black coffee (no sugar or any sweeterner) or tea

    heart rate monitor is very recommended para ma kit.an if sobra or kulang ang exercise gi buhat... for me mo average ko ug 78% sa heart rate and mo peak ko at 91% (di ko mo sobra ug 90%)

    pro:
    no weights needed
    fast results (with proper nutrition)
    nutrition plan is yummy
    you can go at your own pace (check heart rate monitor if naa ka specific heart rate na range gi target.. for me it's between 80-90%)
    targets more on fats

    con:
    high impact ( get knee support if you have weak knees like me, then ice the knee after the workout)
    some ingredients sa nutrition plan is expensive (BUT!! not all... kaya rah if pili.an ug tarong)

    p.s. if familiar mo ug p90x naa schedule na hybrid with insanity... kung gusto mo mag weights maybe you can do that

    Good job!!!Just continue w/ it and you'll see results for sure I've tried shakeology and yucky so I changed to visalus w/c I like the taste and it's not too thick...hehehehe...If you can get les mills pump and I know it's 1 of their new workout video would be awesome.My new plan would be 3 days of pump & and combine it w/ the insanity max intervals/cycle class in the gym I go to.

    Here's insanity results for me After 2 kids,I really felt like I needed to get back in shape.LOL...Nasty stretch marks & abs...hahahaha

    mingawon man pud ko ani lift weights. 2 months layo2x pud. pero almost done with 2nd week.

    What about if you do 3 days of insanity & 2 days of weights
    Visalus is actually a meal replacement with same nutritional content as shakeology.I either drink it an hour before workout or after.I can't be sure if you guys have it there in cebu.

    nagfollow man gud ko calendar sa insanity. ako gi try kay after sa stretching sa insanity mo lift ko og weights then after mo proceed ko sa program sa insanity. ok ra man. but i dont know when i get sa 2nd month. need ko poor mans recovery drink.

    What about chocolate milk 20-40 minutes after ur work out as ur recovery drink
