yeah, workin in a call center is really stressful, i too worked in a call center, but the fun and the things I learned there can never be compared, the friends I made and the mistakes I learned from that experience, Irrate callers? stupid callers? they give me a headache, but it was surely fulfilling when I helped them and having them thank me,,.,., but I wanna say this, all jobs are hard and have to be given time and commitment..my job now is not only stressful but scary as well, I work in a hospital now and deal with patients,,,I give them medicines and everything and if i make a mistake? they will die and ill go to prison now thats really stressful. I miss my job and friends at the call center but I dont belong there anymore but still im proud to say I was once one of them...guys if you get sick? take care of yourselves and look me up maybe i can help you....hehehehe

call center could be good, but let's not end here. we, us humans should also evolved with the times. while working any job we have right now, never stop learning and exploring new skills. dream and dream big. this industry is not here to stay, it will silently disappear. while your still at it, save some money for additional education, and dont push too hard at work.

while call center is being dubbed as the "sunshine industry", government should not put all its weight in it. scholarships for call center training is a good program, but higher education must be the first priority.

instead of giving bondage solutions to unemployment problems, why not come up with more advanced learning programs, like scholarships to 100,000 future microsoft professionals, future SQL administrators, JAVA, VB, C++, Web programmers.

we filipinos are better than this. working in a call center could provide financial gains, but at the end of the day, ul come to think that ur a slave. a slave to these giants who'll mock you, say the baddest things about you. but still, with respect, some have set their minds to this, because they are the "in" crowd.

for me, government should not be derailed by this opportunity, it should focus on making the Philippines an IT hub in asia, a country who provides IT specialist to other countries.

go work for call centers and be better at it everyday, earn and learn.

i dont think so bai but der r some accounts nga wala mag calls coz f ur talking about call center it's also a

broad industry with different types of job or lain2x ug trabaho depende sa client sa company...

ang niingon ana nga maka bogo obviously hasn't worked in a call center industry..

u can give it a try aron maka ingon jud ka "Mao d i ni ang trabaho sa call center....."
