overworked underpaid jud ka if ur workn in a hosp may it b private or public.
u cant expect anything gud here in d phil.
mao btw manglupad mga nurse sa gawas ky wai ayo dri.
ang gnahan lng jud nku' nuh workn in d hosp, are d ppl, specifically ka2ng mga maau nga doctors.
maau in d sense nga kama.o sila muhatag ky kabw man sila nga gmay mga staff og sweldo.
i remmber of 2 doctors, dr. ruanto and dr. ( i fogot), every after any DR case, manglibre jud sila more often, jolibee. nice kaau ang fylng ky after a stressful case, ma.awardan imong ka.hagu' thru d thoughtfulness of d dr's. ive mentiond. theyre nice ppl jud. nice doctors.

mas nice sa cduh kay patient centered ang chong hua paper centered in terms sa OR mas daghan sa cduh kay not that expensive not like chh na paG 2008 kay increase cla up to 50 to 80 percent bec of there accreditations...i know it kay didto ko nag intern pag student nako =)

the nurses here in the Philippines doesn't have good compensations either sa benefits or sa salary...kuwang nalang murag maid na naay diploma...that's the reason why manglarga ang mga taw leaving their families behind and it's not that easy...may pa mag clinical instructor =)
