I agree to this, coz right now I'm suffering with illnesses after working for almost 4 yrs. night shift..
ask nako ang doc. why karon pa sa kadugay na nako nag work and she said my body burned out
I need rest daw

Ingon sa uban nga taga call center....drink plenty of water..ambot kung tinood ba na maka likay sa sakit.
naa na supplement para anti-stress, mahal lang.. ako fren na nag-work sa cc ang nag-recommend sa ako bisan 4 hrs lang daw iya sleep usahay, it felt like naka complete 8 hrs daw siya...
^not applicable to everyone kay lahi lahi mo ug body metabolism sad.. what works on your friend might not necessarily work fo you and for others sad...
no one is the same and everyone is different..
naka work ko call center before. dili naku mu balik coz cge jud ko kasakit didto ba. it's a risk gyud nga e face nimu if mag graveyard ka.
Paanad rana sa lawas, theyre ryt in saying that u hav to hav enough rest, balance diet, no vices and hav regular exercise.. Naa man pd hban nyt owls like me.. Mas mu prefer mag mata ug gabie.. And u get less traffic, dli tugnaw ig kaligo, wa kay kailog sa commute and u get a better pay..
Sa anad bitaw na sa lawas gyud. But even when if I exercise daily, been an athlete since high school and play during weekends, I get enough sleep magkasakit jud gihapon ko ato. Tungod man to sa AC sa office. hehe. Dili naku mu balik pud kay related na sa ako nahumanan ako work and mas daku pa ug pay. Day shift na aku work.
