Which gym do you go to?
We visited metro sports a month ago... their place is ok, nice cardio equipment and a boxing ring! but their machines aint good.... most of em, SWINGS... the preacher, Smith Machine... their Lat Pull down bar, is too short too... i think their heaviest dumb bells only weigh 55lbs... or was it 50? 45? but maybe they have added some more right now... i hope...
Generally, Metro Sports gym, is one good workout place for women, for feather weight boxers, and men who just wants to tone up a bit...
my friend got discouraged when he visited there... so he decided to stay in bodytone for another year...

try D' Perfect Body Club dri sa borromeo st. luyo sa aerophone. Nice ila gym barato ra ila per month @ P400.00 sakto pud sila sa equipment ug plates.

workout fitnes tabunok...380 ang month....or YMCA 300 ra ang month or Body blast tabunok 250 ra ang month sa una.......
