Bitaw sa? I wonder if the government have expected this kind of situation?

Just like the Juvenile Act .... circumvented, violated and abused.
Kids are now used as the frontliners of certain crimes coz they can get away with it.
Very difficult to prove those kids acted with "discernment".
How can you prove what's in their mind?

In cases involving domestic violence where more often happens in the boundary of the couple's bedroom or apartment where no possible eyewitness or third party is available to corraborate the wife or the husband's statements .... it become a matter of His-Her Word against each other.

Worst, more often than not the court favors the women.
The Title itself of RA 9262 is already biased so to speak, as if there never been cases of a battered, abused and emotionally tortured husband.

I am also wondering if the court would also give considerations to battered husbands because for sure there are husbands out there who are physically and EMOTIONALLY battered by their wives. I hope that the government would somehow find ways to effectively sort out these kinds of situations but then again, it would really be a complicated one since witnesses could seldom be present in actual situations.
