- read a book of ur choice.
- arrange some activities wid old friends (atleast once a month.. chika2 dayon sa mga updates na nahitabo ninyo)
- bond wid the family
- treat ur self (parlor, spa, massage.. etc.)
- play wid kiddos(jejeje- try.. its nice and enjoyable. u'll find that life is not that really hard!)

go to a peaceful place and contemplate. try to appreciate the beauty of nature.
this will make you feel light & burdenless.
