    Seek professional consultation and don't try to self-diagnose or pursue self-treatment. There are comorbidities and different types of sleep disturbances. Even the cause can vary. Maybe your sleep problem is just a manifestation of an even greater medical problem.

    For those interested, try searching "delta wave music for deep sleep" on YouTube. See if that will help you sleep.

    you can try reading before you go to sleep. clear your head of unnecessary thoughts.

    Excercise and avoid caffinated drinks on the eveneing, like coke, ice tea, Ice cream specially coffee flavored, energy drinks.
    Also avoid sweets like donut, softdrinks.
    i also find fast food would affect my sleep.

    Before sleeping drink milk, or eat bread that will help you go to sleep.
    Exercise on the day time would greatly help.

    kaon ug daghang humba hasta kan-on.. dayon, inom ug gatas.
    ayaw pag kape. ayaw pag inom energy drinks. ayaw paminaw ug music if padulong naka matulog, it will keep your mind wandering around. ayaw pag fon if paingon naka matulog. make your self comfortable with aircon or electric fan if matog ka long as mabugnawan ka. kung mahimo, paghukas matulog. dapat mingaw ang palibot. pagbasa ug history book or any books nga dili ka interested sa content para boringan ka.
