    this is what we need....
basta kamao lng mo paandar sakyanan tagaan dayon lisensya...
resulta based on my observation and experience 95-98% sa PUV/PUJ/PUB/Taxi Drivers are "mad drivers"
while mga 80% sa private vehicles...

i know what these rules/signs are for but i hate to admit it, dili nako malikayan nga magpabuyag sa karsada labi na kung magdali... sauna makuyawan ko nga mo counter flow sa solid yellow lane og u-turn sa double solid yellow lane ky dakpon nya ko citom pero so far wala pa man noon. Nabuhat man gani ni nako nga naay citom sa tungod, it's either that they are not strict about it or they themselves mismo wala kahibalo.

but im proud nga as time goes by im becoming a more responsible driver and rider maybe mawala gyud ang agressiveness kung magkatiguwang.

Sa mga mag motor, lisod ba mosubay sa lane? We know dali mo maka lusot2, pero sayop man ang paagi ninyo nga paglusot.

hapit naka dapog sa driver namo sa office for running straight into an intersection.

    crossing intersections without devices

rule 1. first to stop, first to go (because you're supposed to slow down and stop at an intersection)
rule 2. if both arrived at the same time at right angles, yield to right

i remember a thread here about meaning sa flashing your headlights.those 2 are initially the answers kay dili pasabot na ikaw ni flash sa imong lights na ikaw una mo cross.we have rules on who has the right of way.AYAW PAG HINAKUG SA DALAN!

    dili sa nato hutdon tanan.

    2. On "through streets" or boulevards, clear of traffic, with no " blind corners," when so designated. 40 km. per hour 30 km. per hour
    3. On city and municipal streets, with light traffic, when not designated "through streets". 30 km. per hour 30 km. per hour

pero lisod ni ipatuman kay walay speed gun ang LTO-7.
