the best way to loose weight is to decrease intake and increase energy expenditure...
sa laktod na pagkasulti: diet and exercise...
it doesn't matter unsa imo diet as long as you stick to it and faithful ka sa imo exercise...

tried xando tablets, It did work pro without properexrcise and determination I did gain again wahhhhhhhhhhhh so irritating now working on my diet dah...... lets see how far can I go

after giving birth, i was really fat, as in balyena, so i tried pearl white capsules, thanks to almidala's testi, and ni lose jud ko weight, pwede na gud ko mag web cam kay masulod na akong nawng sa cam hehehe, pero karon ni gain na pud ko coz preggy again haaayyy yo-yo style pud ni ako

like boliklik, after i gave birth, i gained so much weight. as in as my mom would call me "Butiti".. so what i did ke ng jog ku.. dayn diet ever. medyo na crash diet dani toh sya.. ke awas very desperate na muniwang cos am not tall mn so dli dyud ku gnahan mutambok mayu.. tpos naa mn ku stationary bike, so mau sd toh naka help mayu. nigamay dyud ku as in. to the point na aku sinina bfore ku nabuntis niluag gd n isa pud ka reason nanu dali r'ku niwang atoh wus ngbreastfeed pud ku.. pero krun.. gain npud hahaaaaaaay.. mau padaut ever nsad ku ani.. hahaaay, wla dyud kahumanan uey!

november 1999 32 ang ako waistline then by january 2000 ako waistline is down to 26...my secret? wla ko kaon kaon...tubig ra sige nako inum amazingly buhi man dapon ko...tanan ako kaila asked me kon wla ba daw ko sakit kay kalit ang ako pag daut...lovesick man gud busted bwahahahahahha hush!

veggies, slimming teas, fitrum and xenadrin, work out and plenty of cardio
