ABOUT THE SPEAKER

The speaker is a lawyer and HR practitioner who combines her knowledge of the law and her skills in human resource management to produce highly motivated employees without necessarily adding cost to the company through proper and correct handling of employee issues and grievances.

She has wide and extensive experience in Human Resource Management in different industries which include Business Process Outsourcing companies, Manufacturing, Distribution and Educational Institution among others.

She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of San Carlos and proceeded to take up Bachelor of Laws from the same university. She passed the 2010 Bar Examinations and became a lawyer at a young age of 25. She has consistently shown excellence in her academic feat by graduating at the top of her class for both elementary and secondary education and by being awarded as one of the Ten Most Outstanding Students of Cebu in 2002.
