    Hopefully dili "menial" tasks ang ginabuhat dire...everyday!

    Ni resign na ko aning companyaha. Just want to share:
    -stress level sa imo trabaho would depend sa maassign nimo na client
    -usahay ang management muassign nimo ug client, pero most of the time muagi kag series of interviews with different clients till naay mudawat nimo.
    -there are group accounts here. most are personal VAs jud.
    -most here kay off the phone jud, but there are also other accounts na pareha ra gihapon sa call center
    -rest days would depend sa imo client.
    -Holiday's would depend sa imo client still. If the client decides na off ka and if approved by management (Kay usahay maskin gipaoff ka sa imo client, padutyhon man ka), then wala kay work. This applies sa Christmas and New Year. Naay uban padutyhon, but most of the agents are off.
    -Pay max if naa na experience is 16,000 - 17,000 plus 2k allowance.
    -once makareach naka ug 1 year sa company 500php bonus or depende plus cake hahaha and referral bonuses.
    -you may be assigned 2 clients ( part time ) or one client ( full time )
    -you would be deducted per minute you are late and paextendon ka. so meaning you work 8 full hours but your pay would still be deducted for the minutes you were late.
    -policy wise maypagka wala ni sila'y klaro. wa ni sila'y kurat mu term by forced resignation if naa kay issues sa imo attendance and with your client. naa na ni sila pending complaints sa dole. kalit2x rapud na sila maka implement ug new policies.
    -remitances wise, late ni sila tig remit. so if hilig mog loan2x check usa ninyo if nibayad na sila.
    -pay is every 5th and 20th. It happened twice or thrice ata na nadelayed. usahay sayo ang pay usahay sad hapon na kaau muabot so ayaw jud mo palabi patingbits. hahaha
    -kasagaran diri makaninja ra ug tulog pero ayaw lang awaya ang guard and pahalata kaau sa cctv para di ka dumtan. hahaha
    -benefits kay hmo ra plus one dependent. hmo nimo is only once maregularized naka.
    -if your client would ask you to handle his social media accounts then congratulations! ahaha open access ka sa tanang sites. if dili, blocked jud.
    -Indian owned ni nga company so every time muvisit and CEO naay papizza.
    -daghan chicks diri. promise! hahaha

    is it true na lisod daw madawat dri? ganahan taha ko kay dili storya2x sa customer ba. kay akong english not right hahahaha nay nagingon nako 1 week daw process or 1 week before nimu mahibaw-an na dawat naka.

    Hello. Same sentiments here. way ayu ning kompanyaha. manara pana sila! murag mass resignation ang nahitabo sa amoa last 2016! mga salbahis kay na sila.

    ni walk in ko dri last year, wa ko nidayon kay way security sa front door, kuyaw ta masudlan ug kanang mag huremintado didto haha, walkout ko dretso pag kita nko sa office!

    TASKEVERYDAY is worst of all the centers I've work with.
    NO due process bsag regular employee ka pwd ka iterm without suspension.
    walay tarung govt. contribution within 3 months. goodluck if magplan ka magloan!
    among HMO dugay kaayo gihatag. na ugtas pakag hinuwat after ma regular ka.
    i think naa silay pending kaso ron sa DOLE. merese nila!
    murag mass resignation ang nahitabo sa amoa last 2016 kay wala mi halos kauyon sa mga disputes sa among payout.
    niya ang increase way klaro. tagaan lang kag annual increase nga 500-800? ka atay!

    Sadly sa amo company super common kaayo ni siya. Mas gamay pa gani ani ug magkalisod. IT company pajud mi. Sad life.
