How to import files from Incredimail into MS Outlook?

Is the direct import into Outlook possible at all in this case? Would be greatful for your advice.

I have a similar situation. When I was at the university, we used only gmail. At work we have corporate outlook and I wanted to transfer all my materials from gmail to outlook. I had some problems and even now I don't import all files. It's really annoying
