Had used linuxmint 17 3 years ago, and ubuntu 18 2 months ago.

na appreciate gyud nako ang features sa ubuntu 18, and to top it all , its free-OS.

dili na ko matingala nga maabtan unya nako ang panahon nga kanang mga paid-OS ma-obsolete ra unya na.

Hi sir, ask lang ko on how to configure proxy setting sa ubuntu 14.04. Connected nako sa network, maka ping and ma use na cya asa file server, but need ko mo update but can't connect sa net.
Note: naa d i mi proxy server which is lahi ang administrator.

@ray: currently lisod pa ang windows ma obselete kay like unsa gi inong ni atsay ug daghan pud applications ug games ang windows (and virus... hahahaha) ang MAC is somewhere in between ako tanaw... slowly pud ni apas man ang ubuntu with their alternatives (most are freeeeeeeeeeee)

@jude: can't help you sa imu problem, what i usually do if naa ko problem i.google nah sa kato help forum sa ubuntu on how to fix..

looya nko oy 14 mn ko ga sugod heheh wala kaayo ko ma exposed ani ubuntu. ask lng ko ba, unsay difference sa CentOS og Ubuntu? Asa pd masmaayo nila gamiton or recommended?

nag search ko gamay centos is based on red hat ug ang ubuntu is debian... no idea unsa meaning ana.. pero mas sayon daw and mas dagahan resources ma learn sa ubuntu.. for more inept comparison sure ko naa ra daghan resources out there.. pag jump nako to ubuntu ni sugod ko sa 11... karon 18 nah... never looked back nah to other "mainstream" OS
