Maybe not..I mean, Census interviews don't set any rules in gathering their data..they only require our cooperation in the survey..anybody can just lie about his name, age and other information or even prefer not to cooperate..unless they ask for some identification (at least 2 valid IDs) w/c would somehow prove your existence as a person..
