Gitawagan ko sa sykes. Background check ko nila pero naa ra ba mga call centers nga wala nako gibutang sa akong resume kay kajut ra ko didto ug kutob ra training. Maka-apekto ba ni sa akong work soon?

Not happy with how Stream HR people do their job from recruitment and actually everything.
Most, not all of them, are rude, sarcastic and doesn't seem to be a people person which I think was a requirement when they applied for the job.
They never answer calls, they're never available when you need them and they sometimes sleep during work hours.
WAKE UP CALL. You've spent a lot of money for your ads and banners but you seem to have taken out of consideration making the whole stay of the employee a good one, at least.
This doesn't just apply to the recruitment HR but HR people in general and your other staffs like front desk and your security officers.
You have changed your company logo putting a smile on it, how about putting that smile on your people's faces.
