Hi i'm new here in istorya.net. pls consider me as an istoryans.. hehe

mag ask lang unta ko sa inyo advice mga tsong/ tsang if nice ba ni na company ning ebusiness bpo?

nag apply ko online last aug 10, 2012 na paarion daw ko sa ebusiness office nila for the interview ug exam pero gi ignore ra naku ila text until now sige pa japon text now na paadtoon ko sa ebusiness bpo for the interview and exam again.

by the way wla tood ko dire sa cebu im from butuan mao na hesitant ko muanha basin ra dili ko kapasar sa interview ug exam. masayang ra ang ako pamasahi ug kahago ug wa koi kapuy an diha.

Ask unta ko if nice ba ni na call center firm? ug unzai flow sa interview ug exam?

Hope you will decide kay nag libog pa ko unzai decision naku.. layo pa raba ko dili baya ko taga cebu.

hi... 3 years old pa ni na company ang ebusiness. true, na daghan sad jud negative na comments. kung ako sa imu part magduha duha pud ko ug ari sa cebu. medyo daku ka ug investment anah den wlay kasiguruan na madawat ka. medyo gamay pud ang sweldo if wla kay experience. taas pud ang processing sa application. kung ako lang nimu dili ko mosugal. unless kung mo ari ka sa cebu na daghan kag applayan para dili sayang imu pag ari.

pwede man ka mo suway apply sa ebiz, then if dili ka kaayon, apply lang sa lain na call center. daghan man kaau cc diri sa cebu. ayaw lang gyud dayon tuo sa mga negative comments about sa usa ka companya. of course, daghan man gyud ang mo post ug negative kay sa positive, mao bitaw daghan ug mga venting sites. other big call centers daghan gani kaayo negative comments.

especially 3 years pa ang companya, nice opportunity kaayo ni para sa mga gusto ug dali na promotion.

pila mai starting sa salary dire. Mao na nag apply ko sa call center cebu coz naa nakoi training sa call center. nag school ko sa call center academy dire sa davao. i know already the flow or the environment working in a call center firm. Scholar pud ko did2 wala koi gibayran any fees kay scholar man lage ko. na tsambahan ra nka pasar ko sa interview ug exam. hehe

ask ko lang ko isa ba ni sa edge para mka work sa call center ang may call center training sa isa ka training school.

mao jud xxxjxxx tanan company naa mai jud negative and positive side. there's no perfect company anyways. bisan asa ka na company even outside call center industry.

mao ba 3 yrs pa ang company may chance jud ta ma excel ni nga company. naa pud ka nag work sa call center bai?

for my part hesitant ko muanha kay dili ko taga diha. dako pai ako i invest para muanha. murag suntok sa buwan ako buhaton. hehe

Mao nga pa sulobon sila ug slippers na para sa office ra gyud gamiton. Ang mga agents naa pud ila kaugalingon headsets. Dili sila mag puli puli gamit sa uban agents. Naa pud kaugalingon stations ang employees. Tungod sa ka limpyo, wala kaayo mag ka sakit sakit ang mga employees.
