    Default Share mo sa inyong diet strategy diha and also sa juicing diet diha.


    52 kg ko before, now 49 kg nako but still not contented. I still want to lose pa into 45.
    almost 3 months nako ga gym but gamay paman nakuha.

    here are my way of dieting:

    -no rice
    -as much as possible likay sa mga fatty foods but lisud kaayu kay sa karon panahon mao rajud ang ma dalidali
    -gym ko every morning 1 hr 30 min. (running, zumba, abs, squat, weights 3lbs)
    -juicing ko everynight but dili man jud nako ma straight og inum taga gabii kay mahurot ang supply (10 Carrots, 2 apples, 2 oranges)
    -taga weekends mao na akong cheat day kay lami man gud ang kaon sa balay ana seafoods waaaaaaa
    -ga myra e sadko (2 capsule a day)
    -mu inum kog fit in right sad usahay kung naay budget, mag yogurt sadko e replace ug mga fatty foods
    -diko mo inum softdrinks or beer
    -mo inum kog lime with warm water every morning kanang ala pa sulod imo stomach

    i think mao rana

    gusto ko mag juicing jud as-in straight but mahal man kaau, naa mo idea? if carbon. sus! kapouya pwerte layua sa amoa nya bug.at kaayu mag jeep ra baya ko. consumo for 1 week... naa mo recipes na sayun diha ug ma palit nalang sa grocery. pila inyo cost? pila ka days ma consume?

    Ditch the fit&right and other juice drinks. They're loaded with sugar.

    I tried juicing a couple of weeks ago, I got sick lols
    I think it's not working for my system since I have tummy probs
    even before I started dieting so I went back to my formula

    Here's what I've been doing for three months now:

    Eating lifestyle:

    * weekdays *

    morning - wheat bread and jam with coffee or oatmeal and fruits with water
    lunch - half cup or cupful of rice (depends) with fish and veggies with pineapple juice/fresh buko or water
    dinner - (after work out) a bowl of assorted sliced fruits or veggie salad

    * weekends *

    I rarely use these days as cheat days kay sayangan ko sa ako gpasingot hehehe
    so I take in small portions of meat but stick jud ko one cup of rice, pawala sa ibog.
    Then ice cream or a slice of cake, happy nako ana

    Work out regimen:

    I work out everyday so 1 hour cardio before and after gym
    and 1 hour zumba (on Tuesdays, 2 hours) and on Thursday,
    two hours walking in the evening since gym ko morning then
    MWF with added 1 hour abs and weight training

    I lost 15 pounds after three months

    i used to weigh around 80kgs, and now i weigh 64kgs. Naabot pajud kog 55kgs sauna. aku diet atu is walay rice jud. If mag crave ug rice, brown rice aku kan-un. kung walay brown rice, mais padulngan..hehe

    Will power ragyud. Limit the amount you eat and you will lose weight. 5 months ago i was at 225 lbs. Now at 170 lbs
