Default Need Opinion: HRM planning to work abroad

As stated above, I'm taking up HRM this year to prepare for my future career in abroad. HRM covers up a wide range of profession such as being an international chef, professional pastry baker, hotel manager and many more. Here's the question that keeps on bothering me. Which profession should I take that will boost up my salary and if possible, could be a long term career?

Should I take Culinary, Baking, Hotel work? I'm comfortable with anything, especially between cooking and baking but it makes me worry that by the time I reach a certain age, they'll have me retired. I know that I'm thinking too much but there's no harm in preparing for what's coming, right? Give me your thoughts, thank you.
