Default Opening a motor parts and accessories business

Hi guys I am planning to open a motor parts and accessories shop here in SRP Talisay City Cebu.
Your comments and suggestions on below items are highly appreciated:

    1. Range on required Capital (will 250k do?)
    2. Salary for a mechanic (cebu city rate)
    3. what are the initial motor parts and accessories that i need to purchase first..the most important, since i cannot afford to buy everything yet.
    4. equipment and machines needed for the business.
    4. probable net income per year. Closest possible figure.
    5. Is licensed for importing necessary?
    6. Can you recommend reliable Suppliers (contact number, person, & email add)? with very affordable yet quality products.

Thank you very much for your help guys

A good mechanic is very important... Kasagaran ako nahibaw.an kay kung naay repair... Ang labor ana kay sa mekaniko.. Then parts nga needed sa repair imo... Naa sad uban pursyento...

    Importante sad naa kay vulcanizing...

With regards sa parts... Dili man jud importante nga completo ka.. Kay like major repair... Dugay mana mahuman.. Pwede man ka modagan sa dagko na shop for supplies... Pero dapat naa ka anang mga consumables... Like oil, spark plugs, tires, bulb, batteries and some seals/ repair kit...

Pero before ka magsugod.. Make sure naa kay parkinganan.. Dili lang kay sa main road mo park para mopalit sa imong tindahan...

Make sure sad nga walay existing na shop with a good mechanic na imong kompetensya.an... Kay kung naa.. Maglisod ka... Or kung sa negosyante pa.. Ang awas maoy imoha... Good luck...

Okay naman siguro ni so as long as you have a supplier that has all the items at an affordable price.
    2. Salary for a mechanic (cebu city rate)
Mas maayo nga percentage na lang ang sa mechanic ani. Ky if sweldo.an nimo siya chances are mag tinapulan ni siya.
    3. what are the initial motor parts and accessories that i need to purchase first..the most important, since i cannot afford to buy everything yet.
Repair kits, brake pads, brake lining, clutch and throttle cables., choy choy accessories, seat covers, gaskets, oil, spark plugs, chain and sprockets, nuts and bolts, stickers
    4. equipment and machines needed for the business.
-air compressor, tools, grinder, electric drill, heat gun
    4. probable net income per year. Closest possible figure.
-mag depende jud ni siya...if kayod ka sa pag advertise and customer service then dako dako guro ka ma net.
    5. Is licensed for importing necessary?
    - wa sad ko idea ani.
    6. Can you recommend reliable Suppliers (contact number, person, & email add)? with very affordable yet quality products.
-daghan naa sa internet nga ma contact, pero mas maayo if straight ka adto sa bulacan. Or if kaya nimo pwede man direct import, siguradohon lang nimo nga naa ka kaila sa customs para d ka luoy.

Bisag ginagmay lang imo pag start, as long as willing ka mu tabang sa customer then mu lambo jud na imo business. Ayaw lang pod patong ug dako kaayo ky ug barato na imo mga baligya ang tawo mu adto jud na sa imo shop.
