Yes it is.
I used to buy from Loadcentral. In fact, I did not shell out even 1 centavo. And it's very convenient, considering that you use your PC to sell load.
Another advantage is that if you purchase P 5,000 for instance, that amount could be spread to different networks and game cards, regardless of whether it's Smart or Globe.

ang mas maayo wi-max... graveh kaayo ila equipment nga gpang gamit, graveh ka hi-tech kita man jud ko ky naka sulod ko sa ila IT room sa manila. tabang man pud ko set-up ila server.okey kaayo ang wi-max, ila office naa sa Raintree mall... tnx
